The embroidered expression of LGCY. Thread is more resilient than ink; what it dislikes is being snagged and being scorched.

Washing and drying

1. Turn inside out so the stitching faces in.
2. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, with like colours.
3. Mild detergent. No bleach.
4. Lay flat or hang to dry. Tumble low if you must.

Avoid

• Never iron directly on the embroidery. Press inside out, around it, with a cloth between.
• Keep the piece away from anything with hook fastening in the wash.
• If a thread lifts, trim it with scissors. Do not pull.

Keeping it

Store flat or on a wide hanger so the emblem is not creased against itself.
